Highfields Manor Coronavirus advice and policy.

From July 4th we are pleased to be able to welcome guests from family groups – and look forward to hosting larger groups of friends and colleagues before too long. The layout of the property can equally suit both the smaller family group seeking peace and togetherness at this time and the extended family looking forward to catching up on those lost times together.

We encourage guests to follow current Government advice in an effort to come out of this terrible situation.

Cancellation Policy
Our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellation of bookings and force majeure remain as per our T&Cs stated on this website.
Therefore, as always, we recommend that guests take out travel insurance or check their existing policy to protect against any disruptions that may happen. Your travel insurance should also cover you if any flights are cancelled or you can’t go ahead with any other services booked for your stay. It is important that you familiarise yourself with the insurance provider’s terms in respect to holiday cancellations prior to purchase. Will travel insurance cover you? Deferring bookings
In view of the exceptional current circumstances, however, we are offering guests the option to defer their booking to an available date, as follows:
– before 31st March 2021, subject only to payment of the full balance by the original due date.
– before 30th September 2021, at a rate 10% higher than the original booking, subject to payment of the new balance by the original due date
